यदि आपकी Onkk Recharge आईडी चल रहा है & ब्लॉक हो गई है और आपको उसे दोबारा शुरू करने के लिए उपरोक्त डॉक्यूमेंट्स की आवश्यकता है, तो आपको निम्नलिखित कदमों का पालन करना होगा ?
1. *पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन:* - एक पुलिस वेरिफिकेशन दस्तावेज़ तैयार करें जो 6 महीने से अधिक पुराना नहीं होना चाहिए.
2. *IIBF सर्टिफिकेशन:* - IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking & Finance) से प्राप्त किया गया सर्टिफिकेशन तैयार करें.
3. *फॉर्मेट में नोटेरी करें:* कम से कम ₹50 या 100 रुपए नोटरीकृत कराने होंगे।
VLE notarized declaration for not doing fraudulent transactions and if any fraud charge back reported VLE shall be liable for recovery & Onkk Recharge Network may takes legal action against VLE.

4. *आधार उद्योग सर्टिफिकेट*

5. *जियो टैग के साथ केंद्र के अंदर और बाहर का फोटो: आपको अपने केंद्र के अंदर
और बाहर का फोटो, जिसमें जियो टैग भी हो, प्रदान करना होगा। 6.* SOP Document Details File Link - Physical register maintenance of vle is mandatory. If any vle does not do register maintenance then legal action will be taken from onkk recharge VLE Self attested Proof of identity & Proof of address as provided . 1*.VLE character certificate from local authority (Village Gram Pradhan/ Sarpanch) 2*-VLE Self attested Proof of identity (3) PAN CARD & (3a) Aadhar Card Proof of address (3b)Bank Passbook or Driving License, 7. * ध्यान दें कि सभी दस्तावेजों की हार्ड कॉपी Onkk Recharge Network कार्यालय में जमा करनी होगी।8.*e-KYC की एक अलग पूर्ण पीडीएफ चाहिए , जिसमें आपके सभी e-KYC दस्तावेज शामिल हों।
